1. Consultations & offers
Promotions shown on our pages (such as a complimentary 3D scan/consultation or discounted treatment) are limited-time offers, subject to availability and clinical eligibility, may not be combined with other offers or insurance unless stated, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any stated value (e.g., "$350 value") is an estimate of typical retail value, not a cash amount.
2. No guarantee of results; not medical advice
Content on these pages is for general informational and marketing purposes and is not medical or dental advice. Candidacy for implants and any treatment plan, pricing, and outcomes can only be determined after an in-person clinical examination by a licensed provider. Individual results vary; before/after images and testimonials are illustrative and not a promise of any particular result. Financing options (e.g., monthly payment figures) are subject to credit approval by third-party lenders and their terms.
3. Consent to be contacted
By providing your phone number and email and submitting a form, you give Dion Health your prior express written consent to be contacted at the number and email you provide — including by automated dialing technology, artificial intelligence, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text messages — about your consultation and treatment options. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
